1 whole chicken (cooked & deboned)
1 bunch cilantro (fresh)
1 lg white onion (chopped)
2 cans black olives (quartered)
5 fresh jalapenos (seeded & chopped)
6 c fine shredded cheese
2-3 dz corn tortillas
4 cans cream of chicken soup
3 c plain yogurt
3 cans chopped green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, cilantro, onions, olives jalapenos and cheese in large bowl. In separate pot heat soup, yogurt and green chilies. Fry tortillas - put a spoonful of chicken mixture & a spoonful of soup mixture in each tortilla and roll. Line them in baking dish - cover with remaining sauce. Bake at 350º for roughly 1 hr 15 min.
