6 to 8 pork chops
6 to 8 medium potatoes
2 medium onions
salt and pepper to taste
butter
1 medium can Del Monte mixed vegetables (without potatoes)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Dip pork chops in flour and fry to a golden brown. Place chops in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Peel potatoes and onions. Slice and place on pork chops. Salt and pepper. Drain mixed vegatables. Place vegetables on top of potatoes and onions. Salt and pepper again. Mix water and mushroom soup; pour over potatoes and onions. Dot with butter. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Place in oven on center rack and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
