2 fryer chickens, cut in pieces (or 4 chicken breasts)
1 1/2 quarts water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 large onion, chopped
20 (small size) flour tortillas
4 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Stew chicken in water until very tender. Remove chicken pieces from broth and debone all pieces. Bring broth to a rolling boil; add bouillon cubes and onions. Cut flour tortillas into 2" strips. Place flour and tortillas into a paper bag and shake to coat tortillas. Add tortilla strips one at a time to boiling broth. Cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Add deboned chicken and stir. Serve on a large platter.
