6 egg whites
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
3/4 tsp cream of tartar
2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
2 cans cherry pie filling
12 oz. Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, vanilla, sugar, and cream of tartar until stiff with peaks. Fold in crackers and nuts. Put into greased 9"x 13" pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350º in center of oven, until lightly browned. Cool in refrigerator overnight. Spread Cool Whip over crust and top with pie filling.
