1 flank steak
1/2 cup soy sauce
sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp. grated ginger
cracker crumbs
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Slice flank steak diagonally 1/4" , butterfly style, up and lay flat. Combine soy sauce, sugar, egg, garlic and ginger. Marinate meat at least 10 minutes in the above ingredients. Roll in flour and cracker crumbs. Fry in hot oil (1/8" deep) until lightly browned. Drain.
