Chicken
1 block of cheese
1 small can of green chilies
2 dozen tortillas

Topping:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 large container sour cream
1 small can of diced chilies
Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until it falls apart. dice. Add 1 block of cheese, 1 small can of green chilies. Soften 2 doz. tortillas quickley in hot oil. Pat dry. Add chicken and roll.
Topping: combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 small can of diced chilies. Spread over enchiladas and cover with cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
