2 T. butter
1/4 lb mushrooms
2 1/2 oz chipped beef
2 T. flour
1 1/2-2 c. milk or 1can of mushroom soup
Baked potatoes or toast

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in frying pan. Slice the mushrooms and add to the butter. Cook 3 minutes.
Rinse the chipped beef to get rid of some of the salt. Dice the beef and add to mushrooms. Cook 2-3 minutes. Add the milk and cook until thick.
(Instead of the flour and milk you can use 1 can of mushroom soup.)
Serve on baked potatoes or toast.
