1 4 lb. Edam Cheese
1/4 lb. butter
2 1/2 t. dry mustard
1 t. celery seed
1 7oz Rolling Rock beer

Directions:
Let the cheese come to room temperature.
Scoop the cheese out of the shell. Put in food processor and process until smooth,adding butter, dry mustard, celery seed and beer gradually.
There will be enough to re-fill the shell 1 1/2 times.
