1 6 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 c wine vinegar
2 T brown sugar
2 T honey
2 tsp prepared mustard
2 tsp soy sauce
3 to 5 lb boneless pork rib roast
Garlic salt, if desired

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325-degrees. Combine sauce ingredients in medium saucepan. Cook over low heat until well blended. Sprinkle roast with garlic salt and place in 13x9-inch pan, fat side up. Baste with sauce and repeat basting every 20 minutes. Roast pork until thermometer reaches 170-degrees or about 20-30 minutes per pound. Heat any remaining sauce and serve with roast.
