¼ cup sugar
1 - 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
½ pkg. small marshmallows
1 can pineapple chunks (drained)
1 (16 oz.) frozen strawberries
½ cup pecans
2 bananas, sliced
1 large container Cool Whip
2-3 drops red food coloring

Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together. Freeze for at least 3 hours. Let it set out to thaw for about 5 minutes before trying to remove from pan. You could garnish with a dollop of whip cream and a strawberry.
