3-6 cups of turkey or chicken broth
3-5 Tbsp of flour
1/2 c water
cooked and chopped giblets
2 hard-boiled diced eggs
ALL AMOUNTS VARY DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH BROTH
YOU HAVE.

Directions:
Directions:
Bring broth to boil. In empty jelly jar place water and flour. Put lid
on jar and shake. This will help prevent lumps in your gravy.
Pour jar mixture into boiling broth. Cook and stir with slotted
spoon to desired thickness. Then add hard boiled eggs, salt and
pepper and previously boiled giblets.
