1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese (light)
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can sm shrimp
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated (or Jack)
1/2 t. each salt and pepper
2 T. finely minced onion
1/3 c. slivered almonds
1 can white crab meat
1/2 t. horseradish (or more)

In medium sized bowl, mix cream cheese and cream of
potato soup with an electric mixer. Add shrimp, crab
meat, onions, horseradish, salt and pepper. Blend until
smooth. Sprinkle 1/2 of shrimp mixture into bottom of
buttered deep-dish pie pan. Sprinkle with almonds and
half of the grated cheese. Add remaining shrimp
mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese on top.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Best when served hot.
