1 1/2 lbs lean pork shoulder, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
salt and pepper
3 tbsp fat
1 1/2 cups chicken boullion
6 slices pineapple, cut into eighths
3 small tomatoes, cut into wedges
4 tbsp corn starch
3/8 cup vinegar
3 tsp soy sauce
3/4 cup pineapple syrup
6 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork with salt and pepper in fat. Add boullion. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

Add onion and pineapple. Cook 10 minutes more.

Add tomato wedges. Blend corn starch, vinegar, soy sauce, and pineapple syrup. Add to mixture. Stir until thick. Cook 5 more minutes.

Serve over rice.
