2 lb ground beef
5 slices of bread, cubed
14 oz evaporated milk
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 can cream of onion soup

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread crumbs in milk. Add seasonings to meat and mix meat with bread crumbs. Shape into balls. Place in 9x13-inch pan or larger. Pour soup over the meatballs. Bake for one hour at 350-degrees. Meat balls can be frozen, then thawed and soup added to bake.
