¼ C. Butter, melted
2 T. Honey
1 tsp. Cinnamon

3 Eggs, slightly beaten
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Orange Peel, grated
2 T. Sugar
½ C. Milk
½ C. Orange Juice

8 slices ¾” thick French Bread

ORANGE HONEY BUTTER
¼ Cup Butter
2 T. Honey
½ tsp. Grated Orange Peel
Whip until light and fluffy. Serve in ½ orange shell.

Mix butter, honey and 1 tsp. cinnamon, pour evenly into bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix remaining ingredients. Dip bread in egg mixture, placing on butter mixture in pan.
Pour any remaining mixture over bread. (May be refrigerated overnight at this point.) Bake 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown. Serve with orange-honey butter.
