1 yellow cake mix
3 3 3/4 pkg instant vanilla pudding
4 cups cold milk
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 20 oz can, well drained, crushed pineapple
1 large container cool whip
2 cups flaked toasted coconut

Directions:
Directions:
pre heat oven to 350º

Mix cake batter as directed on package. pour into 2 greased 9 x 13 x 2 baking pans. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

In large mixing bowl, combine pudding mixes, milk and beat for 2 minutes. Add cream cheese and beat.

Stir in pineapple. Spred over cooled cakes. Top with cool whip.

Sprinkle with toasted coconut, Chill for at least 2 hours.

Can be covered and frozen for up to 1 month.
