4 skinned chicken breast
5 c water
1 lrg onion chopped
2 T butter
2 Celery ribs chopped
3 (16 oz) can great northern beans- drained
3 (4,5 oz) can green Chiles
1 can chicken broth
1 t ground cumin
1 bay leaf
1 t salt
1/8 ground red pepper
1 T chopped fresh cilantro

TOPPINGS
Tortilla chips, shredded cheese (jack), salsa, Sour cream.

Directions:
Melt butter, onion and celery in large pot and sauté until tender, add chicken and water and cook over med heat for 18 min. Remove chicken, de-bone and cut into bite size pieces.
Place one can of beans into a processor and puree.
Add chicken back into pot with all other ingredients.
Cook one hour. Add bean puree and cook 15 more minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving. Add toppings.
