1-1/2 c red currant jelly
1/2 c ruby red port wine
Juice of two oranges
2 T lemon juice
2 T prepared mustard
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp fresh grated ginger
Grated peel of two oranges

Melt jelly over low heat. Add next six ingredients and bring to simmer, stirring constantly. Add orange peel and cook one minutes. Add arrowroot to thicken, if necessary. Serve with upland game, waterfowl or venison.
