3/4 c sugar
1 egg white
2 1/2 T water
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1/4 all spice
1/4 cloves
1/4 nutmeg
8 c pecans or one large bag from Sam's
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, add pecans and coat well. Spread on large, greased jelly roll pan.
Bake 275º for 55 min.

Cool on wax paper store in air tight containers.
