1 lb. Ground Turkey
1 cup Chopped Onion
1 cup Chopped Celery
1/2 cup Shredded Carrot
1/4 cup Drained, Canned Chopped Green Chilies
2 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 1/2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cans (28 oz. each) Crushed Tomatoes
2 Cans (16 oz. each) Black Beans, Drained and Rinsed

In a large skillet cook the turkey, onion, celery, carrot, chile pepper and garlic, breaking up chunks of meat, 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Drain and transfer to a large pot. Add chili powder, cumin and salt and stir over medium heat 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes and black beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
