2 lbs. Shrimp
7 bacon slices
2 medium onions, diced
1 Bell Pepper, diced
3 Jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 (28 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
1/4 cup Cocktail Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Hot Cooked Grits

Peel and devein shrimp, set aside. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; drain on paper towels and crumble when cool. Saute' onion in bacon drippings, stir in Bell pepper, garlic and jalapeno, saute' until tender. Stir in tomatoes, cocktail sauce, salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, one hour. Stir in shrimp and cook 5 minutes. Serve over hot grits and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
