1 (6oz.) pkg. Chicken or Turkey Rice-a-Roni (cooked)
4 c. Chicken or Turkey - cooked and diced
1/2 green peppers - chopped
2 green onions - chopped
20 stuffed green olives - chopped
2 (6oz.) jars Marinated Artichoke Hearts

With 1/2 of the Marinade Sauce:
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1 t. curry powder - or to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste

*Grapes - sometimes i pot in grapes or even use the grapes instead of the chicken/turkey

Cook rice per directions on pkg. and put in a bowl - fluff and cool. Add everything else with 1/2 of the marinade.

Separately mix mayo, curry powder, salt and pepper with rest of marinade. Pour over salad, toss and chill.
