Tony Chachere seasoning
1c flour
1c italian bread crumbs
1 stick butter
1T olive oil
marinade
equal parts italian dressing,worcestershire,lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
cut duck breast cross grain in half inch strips & marinate for 20 minutes, season with tony's, dredge in flour & bread crumb mixture. fry until done.
