1 Homemade or frozen pie shell
1 pint basket fresh strawberries ( I use more)
1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cups sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 box (3oz) Strawberry Jello
Directions:
Directions:
Bake and cool pie shell. Wash and stem strawberries. Slice berries into pie shell and sprinkle them lightly with sugar. Combine water, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan and heat until solution clears. Remove from heat and stir in Jello. While solution is still hot, pour over strawberries. Place in refrigerator until cool. Top with whipped cream.
