1 lb. sausage
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/2 C. green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 1/2 pkg. Lipton Noodle soup
1 C. Chopped Celery
4 1/2 C. Boiling Water
Rice- Amount used on package directions on minute rice for the amount of water used.

Directions:
Brown sausage with onion,bell pepper and celery. While this is cooking, mix the dry soup with the water and rice, cover until rice is fluffy then mix all ingredients together. Chow down good with a little soy sauce on top.
