Potatoes-40-12 (boil with skins) cool- peal
Shred- put in buttered 7x11 casserole
Salt and pepper
Melt 1 stick butter- drizzle over potatoes

Mix: & Spread this on top of potatoes
1 can cream chicken soup
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 cup sour cream (lesser amount)

Before baking sprinkle with 1 cup crushed corn flakes mixed with 1 tablespoon butter

Cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees
