1/2 Garlic
1-bottle of "Edmundo" Cooking Wine (found in Most Mexican Stores, or in the Mexican aisle in some major grocery stores)
Oregano

I don't normally measure so I will do my best to approximate.

This works best when you marinate the night before your ready to cook your Turkey.

Using a blender you will add all of the following into the blender cup:
1 T of Pepper
1 T of Salt
1 T of Oregano
Wash 2-Lemons (cut in halfs to discard seeds) use the whole lemon in with peel and all.
Peel 1/2 of a Whole Garlic (about 5-6 garlic cloves)
Add the "Edmundo" cooking wine (fill up the blender).
Blend on high for about 1min. or until everything looks liquified.

Baste your Turkey (I use my hands to rub it in everywhere) Make sure you use all of the marinate.

Place Whole Basil leaves on your turkey (depending on the size of your turkey use about 6 for a 20lb Turkey). Cover and refrigerate until the next day when your ready to stuff it and cook it at normal temperatures.
