Melt 1/4 c Butter or Marg in Skillet
Add 4 t Worcestershire sauce
1 T garlic salt
1/2 t hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
Stir well and mix in
4 C pecan halves.

Directions:
Directions:
Spread out on large flat jelly roll pan and toast in moderate oven 300- 350º for 30 minutes. Stir during the toasting so nuts will be evenly seasoned. Don't toast too much.
WATCH IT AND CHECK! Check every 15 min! Especially if you are in a hurry and turn heat to 350.
Drain on paper towels and hide until party time.
