Italian Beef Recipe

5-7 lbs. roasted and thinly sliced beef, pork or browned hamburger.

2 t. oregano
2 t. thyme
2 t. marjoram
2 t. black pepper
2 cloves of garlic or 2 t. garlic powder
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 beef bullion cube per pound of meat
4 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water per pound of meat - more if needed

Put all of the Brine ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 15 minutes.

Put beef and Brine in a slow cooker or roaster and cook on low 8 hours.

Serve with rolls.

Note: This recipe is easy to cut in half or double. It also freezes well.
