1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups diced rhubarb, uncooked

Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbs. margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease 9 x 13 pan. (I use Pam.) In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, sugar and egg. Mix baking soda with sour cream and add to the margarine mixture alternately with flour. Starting and ending with the flour. Stir in vanilla and rhubarb. Pour into pan, sprinkle with combined topping ingredients and bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
