12 slices white bread
1/2 lb cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 1/2 c milk
1/2 teas. yellow mustard
1 teas. grated onion
1/4 teas. salt
Dash cayenne pepper
1 teas. seasoned salt
Dash black pepper
1 lb. bulk sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain most of the grease out of the sausage. Put aside. Trim crust from bread and arrange 6 slices in bottom of a 12x8x2 greased baking dish. Cover with grated cheese and sausage then with remaining 6 bread slices. Beat eggs; add milk and remaining ingredients. Pour over casserole and let stand at room temperature for 1 hr. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Serve immediately.
