1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 t. baking soda
2 t. vanilla
2 t. salt
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3 c. apples - chopped into small pieces

Streusel Topping:
4 T. sugar
2 T. butter
4 T. flour
2 t. cinnamon
1/3 c. brown sugar

Pour into 2 loaf pans. Sprinkle Streusel topping over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

Can use 9 x 13 pan and replace apples with pears.
