Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 c. sugar 1/3 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 6 T. cocoa 1/2 tsp. vanilla 4 T. butter 2 c. milk 3 egg yolks

Directions:	Directions: Mix sugar, flour, salt and cocoa, then add milk slowly. Cook until boiling. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add a little hot mixture to beaten egg yolks. Then pour eggs into mixture. Return to heat 2 more minutes. Take off heat and stir in vanilla and butter...at this point, you can either use this as chocolate gravy over biscuits, or pour into a 9-inch baked pie shell and top with meringue and bake until peaks begin to brown, then refrigerate.

Personal Notes:	Personal Notes: I thought everyone grew up with chocolate gravy...turns out that maybe just our family did. But now all the guys I work with are addicted to it and I have to make it for them every now and then.
