2 cups of noodles (shell macroni)
½ cup sour cream
8 oz. Cottage cheese
8 oz. Of cream cheese
1/3 cup chives
1 tablespoon green pepper
1 lb of ground beef
16 oz tomato sauce.
Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles. Once noodles are cooled place one ½ of noodles on bottom of casserole dish. Mix cheeses, sour cream and add green pepper and chives. Mix well. Put this mixture on top of the noodles. Add rest of noodles to casserole dish. Brown ground beef in skillet, add tomato sauce. Remove from heat. Place mixture on top of noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Serve with garlic texas toast.
