2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup shortening (lard)
4 or 5 tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
Work shortening (lard) into flour and salt, and then add water. Continue to mix and knead with your hands. When firm roll out and add to the pie pan. Use with your favorite pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees till golden brown
