6 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbs. olive oil
1 egg
2 c. milk
1 c. vinegar
3 tbs sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, salt, pepper and mustard. Add the olive oil. Mix in the sugar. Beat the egg and milk together and add to th eother ingredients. Very slowly add the vinegar. Bring to a boil in a saucepan and simmer until it gets thick, stirring th eentire time. Let it cool. When it is cold put in jars and keep in the fridge.
