2 sticks of butter
1 1/2 C. Sugar
2 eggs,beaten
2 3/4 C. sifted flour
2 t. cream of tarter
1 t. soda
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together, add beaten eggs, beat well. Sift gry ingredients together and add wet mixture. Refrigerate 2 hrs. or over night. Roll into walnut size balls, and then roll in 1/2 C. graulated Sugar and 1 T. Cinnamon. Bake at 375º for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Do not over Cook!
