2 Cups Sugar
5 T. Water
Pinch of Cream of Tartar
2 T. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
2/3 Cup Molasses
2 Cups Popcorn (Popped)

Directions:
Directions:
COOK THE SUGAR, WATER, CREAM OF TARTER, AND MOLASSES TO 250º , OR TO THE "HARD BALL" STAGE.

REMOVE FROM HEAT AND WHEN THE BUBBLING STOPS, ADD THE BUTTER AND EXTRACT. ADD POPPCORN. sTIR GENTLY UNTIL THE CORN IS WELL COATED WITH SYRYP. pOUR INTO BUTTERED PANS AND WHEN COOL ENOUGH TO HANDLE, ROLL INTO BALLS. (MAKE SURE HANDS ARE BUTTERED)
