1 whole chicken, Boiled
1 lb. breakfast sausage ( hot or mild )
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
3 stalks of celery, finely chopped
1 small can tomato sauce
1 t. chili powder
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C. Milk
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 box frozen chopped spinach, squeezed dry
3 lbs. Velveeta Cheese
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 16oz box of Spaghetti (cook as usual, but not cooking completely.This allows for extra cooking in oven. )

Mix together all ingreidents except soup, milk and cheese. Pour into a very large Dutch oven. In a large pan mix soup, milk and cubed velveeta. Heat over low heat until smooth being careful not to scorch. Pour on top of other ingreidents and mix well. Bake covered in oven until bubbly.
