1 lb ground beef
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
1 tsp oil
1/2 cup uncooked rice
2 1/2 cups tomatoes or tomato juice
1 tsp chili powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onions, and peppers with 1 tsp oil. Drain. Put rice in bottom of baking dish. Add tomatoes or tomato juice. Sprinkle with chili powder, salt and pepper. Cover with meat mixture. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
