1/2 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
3/4 Cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats

Mix well and chill dough 1 hr.

Roll teaspoonful into a ball and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Make a Thumbprint in the middle iof each cookie.

Can put a Cherry or Jam in center of each cookie.

Bake 350 - 10 min
