1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
3 T. butter, melted in baking dish
2 c. (1 can) drained fruit cocktail (I double the fruit) OR 1 can apple pie filling & frozen blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients together. Add the milk and mix again. Melt butter in baking dish. Dump ingredients (except fruit) on melted butter, then pour fruit on top of that. Do NOT stir - just smooth. Bake at 350º for 30 to 45 minutes.
