1 lb. chicken breast, sliced
1 onion, sliced
6 cloves garlic, diced or mashed
4 T. oil
4 limes (or lemons) worth of juice (a little less than 1 c.)
2 t. chili powder
1/2 t. ground cumin
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
6-12 flour tortillas

Toss meat and ingredients together and marinate for at least 1/2 hour.

To cook, layer the chicken and larger pieces of vegetables on a broiler pan, and place in broiler for a few minutes, or until chicken is done. Discard juices. Meat may be pan fried with all the vegetables and juices or grilled, if you prefer. Serve on flour tortillas like a burrito. Serve with your favorite Mexican food condiments: cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, lettuce, guacamole.
