1/2 c all-purpose flour
1 large egg, beaten
1 c whole-wheat flour
2 beef or chicken bouillon cubes,
1 c dry skim milk
Dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
1/3 c quick cooking oats
1/2 c milk
2 tbsp wheat germ
1/2 c vegetable oil

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a food processor or mixing bowl and combine well. Form into a ball and knead one minute. On a lightly floured surface roll out dough 1/2-inch thick, cut with a biscuit cutter or cut into small bite size squares. Place six biscuits on a plate and cook at 50% power in microwave for six to nine minutes, until firm. Roll out scraps and continue making biscuits until all dough is used. Cool on a rack, and store in airtight container.
