1 Cup Persimmon Pulp
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 Egg
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Butter and sugar - add pulp and vanilla - add egg. Shift dry ingreadients - add to pulp mixture - add nuts.

Drop by teaspoonfuls into ungreaded cookie sheet.

BAKE 350º - Abt. 12 min
