1 lb. butter
1 qt. French Vanilla ice cream
1 box brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt all over low heat. Larfe double boiler works well. Blend in the blender. Pour into a freezer container and freeze.
When ready to make a drink:
3 Tbsp. icecream batter
1 jigger of rum
6 oz of boiling water to fill mug
Sprinkle with nutmeg or serve with a cinnimon stick stirrer.

This is great to have always ready in the freezer. Take on a winter snow or ski trip. Anytime you are gathered with friends , playing cards by the fire in winter.
