1/2 tsp Almond Extract
2 1/2 Cups Flour or Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cream of Tartar

MIX ALL TOGETHER - COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS OR UNTIL YOU CAN HANDLE THE DOUGH.
ROLL OUR AND CUT INTO DESIGN OR USE COOKIE CUTTERS.
PLACE ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEETS

BAKE 375º ABOUT 10 TO 12 MIN.
