1/2 Cup Butter
1 tsp Baking Soda ADDED TO:
1 Cup Persimmon Pulp and Pineapple*
1 Cup Raisins (Optional)
2 Cups Flour
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup Nuts

Directions:

* Crushed Pineapple is a filler just incase you can't make up one cup of Persimmon.

Bake 350º - 15 min.
