I pkg Bakers German Chocolate
1 1/2 T water
1 egg yolk, unbeaten
1T confectioners sugar
1/2 c cream - whipped
1 egg white stiffly beaten
Double Ladyfingers

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add water and blend. Add egg yolk and beat vigorously until smooth. Add sugar. Fold in whipped cream and egg white. Line loaf pan with lady fingers. Pour in mixture and top with lady fingers. Chill. Serve with additional whipped cream.

This was the dessert that Sarah always wanted for her birthday. I found this recipe in Mother's handwriting. Mother always used a yellow ceramic bowl which I have.
