3 c cranberries
1/2 c sugar or Splenda
1/4 c thin sliced green onions
1/4 c fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh-grated ginger
2 jalapenos
seeded and finely chopped
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a food processor and process in "on and off" until chunky (but not too fine). If you don't have a food processor, just chop the cranberries, mix with the sugar, and then add other ingredients. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving over brick of cream cheese with crackers.
